6. Pricing, Taxes & Payments

8. Promotional Offers, Discounts & Coupon Codes

From time to time, YugVaidya may offer promotional discounts, coupon codes, introductory offers, loyalty rewards, bundled pricing, or limited-time campaigns.

Unless otherwise specified:

• Promotional offers cannot be combined with other offers.
• Coupon codes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• Coupon codes may only be used once unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Promotions remain valid only during the specified promotional period.
• Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively after an order has been placed.
• Promotional offers may be withdrawn or modified without prior notice.

YugVaidya reserves the right to cancel or refuse promotional benefits where we reasonably believe an offer has been misused, manipulated, fraudulently obtained, or applied in violation of the applicable promotional terms.

In the event of abuse of promotional campaigns, we reserve the right to suspend future promotional eligibility or refuse service where appropriate.

Once an order has been handed over to our authorized logistics partner, responsibility for physical transportation rests with the carrier.

Although we work only with reputable logistics providers, YugVaidya cannot guarantee uninterrupted or delay-free delivery.

11. Risk of Loss & Transfer of Ownership

Ownership of products purchased from YugVaidya passes to the customer upon successful delivery of the order to the delivery address provided during checkout.

The risk of accidental loss or damage likewise transfers upon successful delivery, as evidenced by the records of the logistics provider.

Customers are advised to inspect the package promptly upon receipt.

If any product appears damaged, tampered with, incorrect, or incomplete, customers should report the issue in accordance with our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy within the prescribed reporting period.

12. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order has been packed for dispatch or handed over to the logistics partner, cancellation requests may no longer be possible and shall instead be governed by our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy.

YugVaidya also reserves the right to cancel any order at any time before dispatch where necessary, including but not limited to:

• Inventory shortages.
• Suspected fraudulent activity.

Where an order is cancelled by YugVaidya after payment has been received, the applicable refund shall be processed through the original payment method, subject to the timelines of the relevant payment provider.
